renaming a json file causes problems

Description

renaming of a json file in the file system causes problems. It seems the lily environment is using the title name in the json header which then conflicts with the filename on disc. Effects can be the loaded file displays the wrong filename in the window bar. A built add-on fails to load properly.

I made a change to the way save as works with patch titles. Not sure if that addresses the issue described here.
