marquee has text outside of the extern's rect

text should be centered horizontally and vertically. should not be able to resize the external so that its dimensions are smaller than the conent.

affects slideshow also

the bad new is i can't find a way to fix this- the good news is that its a minor cosmetic bug that should only appear when editing and has no effect on the actual functionality. will downgrade it and push it out to a future release when hopefully i will be more clever.
