mouse position in Processing & SVG externs not working when patch is scrolled

for SVG and Processing externals

If you load the help-patches for either - looking at the 'arctan' example which shows you the mouse position.

reduce the patch size so the scroll bars become visible. then when you scroll in the patch to shift the actual position of the SVG/Processing external in the visible box, the mouse coordinates are not following the scrolling but seem to stay as original. though the mouse is correctly sensed in the box its coordinates clearly are not correct.
